Beyond this period, your products enter our specialized preparation phase and become non-cancellable—though our generous return window ensures your complete satisfaction.


    Returns & Exchanges

You may return unused, unopened products in their original condition within 21 days of delivery (significantly exceeding standard beauty industry practices). For shade exchanges or product variations, we allow 30 days to accommodate global shipping complexities associated with our premium formulations. Please note: Limited edition collections and personalized beauty solutions marked "Final Sale" are excluded from returns to preserve their exclusive nature.


    Return Conditions

    To uphold our luxurious standards, returned items must: (1) Display no signs of usage, skin contact, or tampering with safety seals (2) Include all original packaging including Goprol protective sleeves and authenticity cards (3) Maintain pristine component integrity. Our quality team conducts comprehensive inspections upon receipt. Products failing to meet these elegant standards will be returned to you at your expense within 14 business days, accompanied by a detailed assessment report explaining the findings.


    Refund Processing

    Refunds require 10-14 business days after we receive your return—this extended timeframe accommodates our thorough quality verification and ensures your refund integrity. The refunded amount excludes original shipping charges and any return shipping costs. For payments processed through PayPal or credit cards, allow an additional 3-5 banking days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing timelines.


    Shipping Responsibilities

    Customers assume return shipping costs unless the return stems from our error (incorrect/damaged item shipment). We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods—Goprol cannot assume responsibility for return packages lost in transit. For international exchanges exceeding $250 in value, we provide prepaid DHL shipping labels (deducted from your refund if the label remains unused).


    Damaged/Defective Items

    Report manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with detailed photographs/video evidence. We'll immediately arrange complimentary return shipping and prioritize replacement (subject to inventory availability) or process a complete refund including original shipping fees.
